2. What this Site is
JPFOLIO is a personal portfolio documenting self-funded performance marketing campaigns, alongside a public library of tools, templates, glossary terms and guides, and a way to inquire about freelance marketing services.
3. Case study content
Case studies on this Site describe real, self-funded campaigns — budgets, strategy, and results are reported as accurately as the underlying platform data allows. They document what happened in a specific campaign, for a specific business, over a specific period, and are not a guarantee that similar results are achievable for any other business, budget, or timeframe. Business names, logos, and creative assets referenced in case studies remain the property of their respective owners.
4. Resources, guides and glossary
Guides, checklists, templates and glossary entries in the Resources section are provided for general educational purposes. They reflect JP’s own approach and experience and are not personalized professional, financial, or legal advice for your specific situation.
5. Service inquiries
Submitting the Contact or Services form is an inquiry, not a booking. No client relationship, engagement, or obligation on either side exists until both parties agree to specific scope, pricing and terms separately, in writing.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site to submit false or malicious information through its forms, attempt to access, scrape, or disrupt the Site beyond normal browsing, or misrepresent your identity when making an inquiry.

The Site’s design, original written content (including guides and glossary entries), and JPFOLIO branding belong to JP unless otherwise credited. You’re welcome to link to or reference this Site; reproducing substantial portions of its content elsewhere without permission is not permitted.

This Site links to third-party services (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and others referenced in guides or the tools list). JP isn’t responsible for the content, availability, or practices of those external sites.
